The VersaStop is a rigid precision workstop you can rely on for quick and predictable results.

Stop rods with diameters of .062” - .394” can be utilized in the VersaStop system. Stop rods can be nearly any shape; square, round, oblong, triangle, rectangle, or a hexagon. When a 1/4” or larger stop rod is used, clearance issues are eliminated because the stop rod becomes the highest point of the system.

The stop rods can be conveniently loaded directly from the top which eliminates the need to slide it to the end for removal or insertion.

The RTF10 RedLine Turbo chip-clearing fan is a safe and fast way to remove chips and coolant after a milling machine operation. The cylindrical shank can be mounted in a collet chuck or endmill holder.

  • 3/4" Steel Shank
  • Fiberglass reinforced nylon blades
  • Simple replacement of fan blades
  • Affordable
  • Reduced cycle time and improved productivity
  • Clears production area of chips and coolant in seconds
  • 8,000 rpm operating speed
  • For Vertical and Horizontal milling centers

Simplify your coolant management with our water-powered proportioning station. When precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness are non-negotiable, machine shops rely on our solution.

By controlling the fluid ratio meticulously, our mixing stations save time and energy. No more mixing in the back room and carrying buckets through the shop. They make sure you're using just the right amount of each component, optimizing your cost efficiency.

Welcome to the future of coolant management.
