Edge Breakers

RedLine Carbide Edge breakers are available with a 90 degree included angle in diameters of .075” to .490” along with a nice selection of neck lengths or reach. Uncoated tools should be used for Non Ferrous materials and ALTiN Coated for Ferrous material. Always select the shortest tool and largest diameter for the greatest rigidity. These are often used for chamfering the top and the bottom of a part in one operation saving set ups and time.
